Lowcountry Calm Collection
Releasing November 2, 2026
Lowcountry Calm is a collection inspired by the quieter side of life in the South Carolina Lowcountry; the familiar places, ordinary moments, and small details that make this place feel like home.
Rather than focusing only on iconic coastal scenes, the collection moves between marshes and waterways, porches and garden paths, weathered architecture, bicycles, boats, blooming azaleas, palmettos, and those tucked-away corners you might pass every day. A cup of coffee waiting on a porch table, sunlight filtering through an old oak, a welcoming doorway, or a bench surrounded by flowers becomes just as worthy of remembering as a sweeping coastal view.
Painted in a soft, light-filled palette of coastal greens, watery blues and teals, blush pinks, warm creams, and subtle peach tones, each piece is meant to capture a sense of stillness, nostalgia, warmth, and belonging. There is a lived-in quality to these paintings; a feeling that someone has just stepped away, that you’ve been here before, or that you might want to stay awhile.
At its heart, Lowcountry Calm is about finding beauty in the familiar and allowing the everyday to feel special. It’s my love letter to the slower moments of the Lowcountry life: peaceful, welcoming, a little nostalgic, and full of light.
Each original in the collection is finished in a Newberry Maple floater frame, chosen for its warm natural wood tone and clean, contemporary profile. The consistent framing brings the collection together while allowing the color, light, and character of each individual painting to remain the focus.
